About this website

This website is my personal portfolio. It shows my work and the kind of work I take on at a general level, for information. It is not a binding offer.

The site does not currently sell any product, run a checkout, take payment or offer subscriptions, and nothing on it should be read as an offer of purchase, refund or product warranty.

Messages do not create an agreement

Sending a message through the contact form or by email does not by itself create an agreement for paid work.

Terms for paid work are agreed separately, in writing, for each piece of work.

Anything to do with paid work (scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, liability, warranties and intellectual-property arrangements) is agreed in a separate written agreement and is not defined by this page.

Research and experimental work

This website describes research and experimental projects, including the Cipher language project. These are ongoing and exploratory. They are not finished products or security guarantees, they may change or stop, and they should not be relied on for production use unless separately agreed in writing.

Using the site

You may read the site and link to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the contact form, or submit it by automated means. The form is for genuine messages.

Intellectual property

The text and original design of this website are mine, except where noted otherwise. Client websites shown as examples of my work remain the property of those clients.

The site is also built with open-source software and licensed typefaces that remain under their own licences, and it links to material that belongs to others. Nothing here claims rights over those.

Please do not reproduce substantial parts of the site's own content or design without permission. Short quotations with attribution are fine.

External links

The site links to third-party sites, such as live client websites, the providers it uses and public code repositories. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content.

The information on the site may change, and errors or interruptions can happen. It is provided for information and I do not guarantee that it is complete, current or always available.

Business details

Triomia is currently the name of my personal portfolio. It is not currently registered as a separate legal entity or as a company with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), so no registration number or VAT number is listed. When that changes, those details will be added here.
