Who is responsible

This website is my personal portfolio, published under the name Triomia. I run it as an individual, and I am the point of contact for the personal information described here.

Triomia is not currently registered as a separate legal entity or as a company. If that changes, the relevant registration details will be added here.

What the site collects on its own

Browsing the site does not create an account, a profile or a tracking record.

• No analytics or usage tracking is currently installed.
• No advertising or marketing trackers are currently installed.
• There is no login, no user database and no visitor profiling.
• Typefaces are bundled with the site and served from the same domain, so no request is made to an external font provider.

The only personal information the site receives is what you choose to send through the contact form.

Contact form

The contact form is processed on the server when you submit it. It sends an email to my contact address and sends you a short confirmation. Nothing is written to a database; there is no stored submissions table.

The contact form collects:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A company name, if you choose to give one
• Your message

The form also has a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill in. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is sent.

The email to me is delivered to contact@triomia.com with your address set as the reply address, so a reply reaches you directly. The confirmation you receive is a brief acknowledgement; it does not repeat the full content you submitted, and replying to it reaches contact@triomia.com.

Why this information is used

Information from the contact form is used to receive, understand and respond to your message. This rests on my legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to me, together with your own decision to make contact.

Where your message is a step towards a possible agreement, the processing also supports taking the steps you have asked for before any agreement is made.

Information you send is not used for advertising, for building a profile, or for automated decision-making.

Service providers

Operating the site and its contact email involves a small number of providers:

• Vercel: website hosting, and running the code that handles the form.
• Resend: sending the message email and your confirmation email, and the mail infrastructure it uses to deliver them.
• TransIP: the domain, and the mailbox at contact@triomia.com that receives messages and holds the resulting correspondence.

Each provider processes information as needed to provide and secure its own service, under its own agreement and privacy terms. Email, by its nature, passes through and is stored on mail infrastructure; that is true of any email you send anywhere.

Processing outside the Netherlands

Some of these providers are based outside the Netherlands, and some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Vercel and Resend are United States companies, and mail can be routed through infrastructure in more than one region.

Where data is processed outside the EEA, this relies on the transfer terms set out in those providers' own data processing agreements.

Logging and abuse prevention

Form submissions are validated on the server, and a lightweight rate limit uses the requesting IP address to slow repeated submissions from the same source. That check is held in memory only, is not written to disk or a database, and is lost when the server process restarts. I do not keep a log that links submissions to people.

The hosting and email providers keep their own standard operational and security logs for running their services, outside my configuration.

How long information is kept

Message and confirmation emails, and any correspondence that follows, remain in the contact mailbox. I keep them for as long as reasonably needed to respond, to administer a project, or to meet a legal obligation, and clear them when there is no longer a reason to keep them.

There is currently no fixed retention period and no automated deletion. A defined schedule may be set later; if so, it will be described here.

Your rights

Under EU and Dutch data protection law you can ask to see the personal data held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is handled.

Send any such request to contact@triomia.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

The site currently sets no non-essential cookies and shows no cookie banner. See the Cookies page for the specific statement.

Changes

This page is updated whenever the site's data handling changes, for example if analytics, a stored intake system, or another provider is introduced. The date at the top reflects the current version.
